As Filipinos, we dedicate songs to some memories - DON’T DENY THIS! may it be a good or bad memory we have a specific song that is connected to that. One song that I have heard recently definitely pulled or might I say tugged on some major arteries and it’s title is Leaving You Now by Indie-pop band Joe and The Anchor.  It’s a piano ballad that is fitted since an emotional break-up song about experiencing first love, growing apart and realizing there is nothing left in the relationship worth fighting for.  And boy do I tell you I cried because it transported me to THAT time in my 20’s where I invested so much of my love but in the end I decided to let go.  Joakim’s powerful yet emotional voice really emitted in this song.  I am really fortunate to be able to meet the band a couple of days ago at a virtual meet and greet. Oh happy d ay!  On today's 30 day of Kpop challenge we go!  Day 10:  The Debut Song of your favorite Girl 's Group: Its Fire by 2n e1.  There's actually 2 versions of this song 's MV. Th e first one they released I think is the Space version while the sec ond on e was the street version. When I first heard the song, it just blew me away mainly because i ts different from the ones I was listening to. Its just pretty hectic with work since we have been having lots of things to do to improve our teaching skills. I will try to update like before so don't worry about that k? Those are actually some of my favorite songs from this singer and I was really honored to be part of the bloggers conference yesterday at the Universal records office. 

credits to google After a year and a half in break the Wonder Girls are back with a new album.  Their agency, JYP Entertainment had given a statement that the girls are preparing for their comeback this coming November.  The Wonder Girls rose to fame internationally with their song "Nobody" in 2009 and since then they have also entered the international scene.  credits to google If you girls may not know the company the handles Wonder Girls was also the same company that handled Rain before he made his own company. Recent news I've heard of them is about their comeback and how their new video entitled "Boys" have garnered more than 2 million views on Youtube.  They have a more solid base that other girl groups in Korea since they have expanded to Europe. I remember watching TVN's coverage of SM Entertainment's concert in Paris.  I haven't seen the video of this song yet but I'll sure listen to it soon!  That's my post on K-pop Friday!  Its a little shorter than what I normally post.
