To be honest, I have been feeling anxious more than ever with the amount of bills and dues that I have put myself into but of course life has to still go on and we need to find a way to lessen our anxiety about these trying times so here are some of the things I have done that worked.  WHAT IS ANXIETY? according to www.nhs.uk    Anxiety  is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe.   Honestly Anxiety manifests differently to everyone. To New Adventures

Image
Yes, I know it's been a while.  Yes. I was away for some long.  And now I am back!  And I miss you all!  I haven't been writing because I went into an adventure. It's not something of a soul-searching trip but somehow it became one.  And if you noticed in the picture above YES! I have mustered enough courage to pose for this!  That means something for me since I don't have a lot of confidence when it comes to my weight and my looks. It made me think that I am not good enough to be a blogger anymore because I'm getting to be too 'generic' like the others.  I spent the whole day just laying in bed and just crying that even my mom got concerned because she thought I was getting worst with my fever.  After crying out for several hours, I got the courage to get up and read something. And sure enough scrolling through reddit and 9gags made me realiz...

When you felt like dying

Walking almost 10 blocks just to get a ride home is something I don't like to do - but I have to unless I want to sleep on a park bench in a place I barely knew existed in the map. Yes. I almost had that thought in mind but remembered I had 100 pesos in my pocket so I can still manage na makauwi. Ang weird lang talaga ng utak ko.
