K-pop Friday: Roly Poly by T-ara

Happy Friday! 

For today's K-pop Friday I would like to talk about T-ara's new song called "Roly Poly".

Honestly, when I first heard the title I was like "Roly....Poly?" I actually haven't heard the song then and I was not feeling the song that much because of the title. But then a couple of days ago I stumble on seeing the video on TVN and I became interested in it. 

In terms of its rhythm and melody, it is really catchy and addictive. The lyrics are actually the same in context with songs that portrays girls saying they like a guy. I can actually compare this to Secret's "Starlight Moonlight", but without the uber day dream sequence. 


I also love the 70's / 80's concept of their costumes and dance moves. The MV also gives out that nostalgic feel from the yester years. I was born at the end of the 80's so don't even think I am THAT old! LOL! 

I especially love their make up looks and hair dos! 
its really something to rock a look that is actually older than you haha! 

This song is great if  you can dance to when you just want to feel good. And even if you are young or young at heart, you can really appreciate this song.

Shocking isn't it? haha!  Let me introduce to you my dog named John. Believe it or not he had a brother named Lloyd... get it John and Lloyd. Blame my mom for their names LOL But besides from that he is one peculiar kind of dog. Product Review: iColor Hair Dye Shampoo

Hello lovelies!  Since the start of the year I told myself I will change my looks more and test things since I am not getting any younger so experimenting would definitely be on top of my list.  With that I've actually started with my hair. I have already gone blonde although that was a little hard to maintain since I remember being told to go back after a number of weeks to have my roots done but never seem to do it because  1. The salon I got it done was quite far from my place.  2. Its still expensive 3. It would damage my hair tremendously I still have qualms about getting my hair colored again professionally so I asked my mom if its much better if I color it myself - she said yes but gave me the low down on the things I have to do...remembering all those information was a toughie but I was able to get a simpler solution with it - this hair dye shampoo~  My mom discovered this actually and asked me to try it on my hair since she knows I need to cove
