Types of lipstick and which one is for you

I really like lipsticks for some reason. I think I like them for merely making my whole look more lively for some reason. 

When I first started applying make up, I usually don't go for lipsticks because they tend to fade or the color doesn't suit me. But with trail and errors I was able to learn what is good for my lips or what is a good pull off color for me on a certain day. 

There are 7 kinds of lip products you could choose from. In picking remember to pick something that will benefit you not just aesthetically but also how your lips would feel.

  First off is the moisturizing lipstick. These kinds of lipstick are good for dry lips since they will give moisture the longer you use it. Mostly these kind of lipstick has glycerin and Vitamin E which actually hydrates our lips. Unfortunately with this lipstick it doesn't last long so you tend to re-apply more often and it gives out a shiny outcome on the lips which can be over whelming. 

Same with the moisturizing lipstick, Satin and sheer lipsticks are also good for dry lips.The only difference though with moisturizing lipstick and sheer lipsticks is that it has more oil. One flaw of this product is it doesn't last long and sometimes the color is different when you apply it in your lips.

With creme lipstick, which contains wax doesn't have a lot of shine since its made of wax. This lipstick is good for small lips since it will give an illusion of plumper lips. This one though would give your lips a dry feel after a couple of hours usage.

 

Pearl or frosted lipstick on the other hand are the kind of lipstick you would like to use on a party look since it has reflective properties. It can be a little heavy on the lips though and gives out a dry feeling after a couple of hours using this kind of lipstick.

Long wearing and transfer resistant lipsticks is usually the lipstick you would use if you are on the go and don't really like to re-touch your lipstick that often. Since its transfer-proof and also lasts long it would be great to use for work. This one though would give you a dry feel afterwards.

Matte Lipsticks have now been my favorite since its so vibrant and is most suitable for my lips. The only downside with this kind is it will give your lips that dry feel and would also make your dry lips stand out more. 

Like creme lipstick, gloss is favored by women who have thin and small lips to make an illusion of fuller lips.This types can be worn alone or with another type of lipstick.Some glosses nowadays do have some color in it so sometimes its no need to apply lipstick. This is more a lip enhancer. For those that like lip glosses but whenever they wear one it makes them look like they just splatter oil in their lips don't fret, the trick there is just apply the gloss on the center of your lips for a 3D effect.
