Make up 101: Make up Primers

Hello ladies! Today was supposed to be a wonderful sunny Wednesday but unfortunately it rained. Bummer. pft! but any who I hope you girls are safe! :)

Now lets proceed with today's make up 101. Most make up enthusiast - especially those that has fine lines and oily skin overlook this step: Make up Primers.

What is a Make up Primer?

Make up Primers are designed to smooth out the skin and also help it control oil production so our make up would not slide off or get erased easily. Most make up primers are made from waxes, polymers and silicone which actually binds the cosmetics together thus making them last a little longer. Make up Primers also help smooth out skin that has acne scars.

One great thing for make up primers is that they makes the skin a perfect canvas since make up will be more smooth when we apply it, our make up will also last longer.

Primers come in different packages but always remember that when you are buying primers you have to check if you are okay with them since there are a lot of people allergic to silicone. Always check the packaging and the ingredients to see if the product has either polymers, wax, or silicone.

If you don't know if you are allergic or not you can do a patch check in your wrist if you have an allergy or no allergies at all.

I actually don't have any allergy towards silicone so I can use primers anytime I want to. I'll do reviews on some real soon! :)

Keep safe always and Much Love!

Natural skin care products, or as I prefer to call them these days Holistically-Natural skin care products are most definitely the only answer to responsible healthy skin care. Any effect achieved by synthetic product can be achieved using natural means, if you know how.
