Healthy Options for a Father's day gift

Hello ladies!

Before I begin this post I would just like to greet all the dads a happy father's day!

And since its that time of the year again to show how extra special they are to us. And what a better way to do that but buy him a special gift for his day!

Most common gifts we can give vary from the usual stylish watches (which my dad adores), wallets, gadgets or even cook him that special dinner. Think outside of the box for his gift this year and it will have a great impact on his life for sure.

Most fathers now are more health conscious than before because they want the best in life so here are some tips I can give you to do or to get for your sporty dad.

1. Get him to play.

My dad loved playing chess. I know its not a physical sport but having a game or two with him can get you that chance to talk to him also. Other games that you can play are basketball, tennis, badminton or soccer. What ever the game it is will give him a good exercise and some bonding time with you.

2. Ask him to join you in your jogging session.

Jogging early in the morning is a good bonding activity and a healthy way to spend time together. And since we are on the topic of shoes...

3. Buy him a pair of sports shoes.

My dad is into shoes believe it or not. And one option you can do is to buy your dad that good pair of running or outdoor shoes will really make him smile.

4. Do work outs together.

Most dads don't really like outdoor work out so why not have one inside your house. Buy a set of weight training accessories and ask him to work out with you.

5. Go on a surprise trip with dad!

Have a bike date with dad at the park to feel relaxed and feel closer to nature. Biking also helps you and dad become fit and healthier. And biking is an exercise that doesn't stress his leg muscles that much so it will be great for him.

It surely does take a lot of effort but you can start with one of these tips. It would also be much better if you buy dad his gear at Toby's Sports.

Toby's Sports supports a wide variety of products that encourages a healthy and active lifestyle for everyone. From fitness equiptment, sports apparel, to accessories and footwork this is where you can get a good gift for your dad.

Now that you have these new ideas, it is about time to start putting them into action. Father’s Day is just around the corner, so go now to the nearest Toby Sports outlets and get your dad the perfect sporty gift.

Learn more about sports at www.tobys.com and on facebook.com/tobysstore, while keep up to
