Spring / Summer Trends 2012: Make up



Ola ladies! 

I am back with another trend report! This trend report will be about make up first, I'll do another post about fashion okay? ^^,

Spring and Summer are those times of the year that wouldn't really require you to pile up on make up since you would be out in the sun all the time and your make up will just melt away. And also during this time of the year you can just go natural or for a 'fresh' look. 


Go bare...not naked okay?

The almost bare, fresh face look was very prominent during New York Fashion Week. If you want more coverage, try tinted moisturizers or BB creams to have a non-cakey make up. 



Go Mono. 
Monochromatic make up is back this season. 


Flushed much? 

Spring and summer calls out for a more natural glow in our cheeks so go for peach toned or pink blushes. If you are fair skinned both hues would be easy to pull off, but for morena or tanned skin I would suggest for coral to peach hues for your cheeks. 





Pastels are back! 

I love pastel colors since they are easy to pull off. It is also perfect for spring and summer since they make you look delicate and very girly. 


It's all on the eyes. 

Focus your look on your eyes this spring and summer. Apply vibrant shades to give your look a pop of color.




Go back to red.

There is just something about red lips that makes the look more classy and elegant and I think this is a great make up upgrade for this spring and summer.

My addictions: My cute yet ferocious dog named John

Shocking isn't it? haha!  Let me introduce to you my dog named John. Believe it or not he had a brother named Lloyd... get it John and Lloyd. Blame my mom for their names LOL But besides from that he is one peculiar kind of dog. He has a mannerism to act adorable one minute but turn annoying after another.  He has been with us for like 5 years or longer. He is a mix of Labrador and Pitbull.  I took that photo a couple of days ago when I was in a trigger happy mode. I took pictures of my niece and my nephew, our newly renovated house and of course my pets. I was actually asking him to look at me and when he did he suddenly yawn. And that is how I had that shot.  He is actually a really nice dog, he is a bit territorial but most dogs are like that. He actually likes my Labrador Retriever named Georgia. Product Review: iColor Hair Dye Shampoo

Hello lovelies!  Since the start of the year I told myself I will change my looks more and test things since I am not getting any younger so experimenting would definitely be on top of my list.  With that I've actually started with my hair. I have already gone blonde although that was a little hard to maintain since I remember being told to go back after a number of weeks to have my roots done but never seem to do it because  1. The salon I got it done was quite far from my place.  2. Its still expensive 3. It would damage my hair tremendously I still have qualms about getting my hair colored again professionally so I asked my mom if its much better if I color it myself - she said yes but gave me the low down on the things I have to do...remembering all those information was a toughie but I was able to get a simpler solution with it - this hair dye shampoo~  My mom discovered this actually and asked me to try it on my hair since she knows I need to cove
