A very special gift to me! :)

 

Last November 4, when I came home from work I was surprised by my mom with a gift. 


She bought me a phone and an apad! haha! 

I know the phone is showing signs that it is not brand new, and really its not brand new. I just appreciated the thought since I didn't asked for it nor was I telling her that I'm planning to buy some in the future. She gave me a motorola v3x phone which I really like! :) My very first phone was actually a motorola phone and I think motorola is much more durable than other phone units, don't you think? ^^,

The a-pad was also not new and my brother had to reformat it since its firmware is really outdated. 

A-pad is the Chinese version of the I-pad, this one though is powered by android. As of the moment, I only use my A-pad when I am bored at home. I mostly use it for games because It doesn't have a micro SD memory card so I have to buy it maybe later this month. 
You wanna know why they bought me this? Its because I've just celebrated my first year in being an online English teacher! I was really not expecting gifts or even a celebration because its just like any other day if you ask me ^^.

My addictions: My cute yet ferocious dog named John

Shocking isn't it? haha!  Let me introduce to you my dog named John. Believe it or not he had a brother named Lloyd... get it John and Lloyd. Blame my mom for their names LOL But besides from that he is one peculiar kind of dog. He has a mannerism to act adorable one minute but turn annoying after another.  He has been with us for like 5 years or longer. He is a mix of Labrador and Pitbull.  I took that photo a couple of days ago when I was in a trigger happy mode. I took pictures of my niece and my nephew, our newly renovated house and of course my pets. I was actually asking him to look at me and when he did he suddenly yawn. And that is how I had that shot.  He is actually a really nice dog, he is a bit territorial but most dogs are like that. He actually likes my Labrador Retriever named Georgia. Product Review: iColor Hair Dye Shampoo

Hello lovelies!  Since the start of the year I told myself I will change my looks more and test things since I am not getting any younger so experimenting would definitely be on top of my list.  With that I've actually started with my hair. I have already gone blonde although that was a little hard to maintain since I remember being told to go back after a number of weeks to have my roots done but never seem to do it because  1. The salon I got it done was quite far from my place.  2. Its still expensive 3. It would damage my hair tremendously I still have qualms about getting my hair colored again professionally so I asked my mom if its much better if I color it myself - she said yes but gave me the low down on the things I have to do...remembering all those information was a toughie but I was able to get a simpler solution with it - this hair dye shampoo~  My mom discovered this actually and asked me to try it on my hair since she knows I need to cove
